Refund policy

At Just For You etc, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a flexible refund and exchange policy. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may necessitate a refund. This policy outlines the guidelines for requesting and receiving a refund for our content.

Eligibility

The following requirements must be fulfilled for a return or exchange to be possible:

  • If you wish to return your item, we hold a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • The item must be in the same condition you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • It is mandatory to carry the receipt or proof of your purchase.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at mxlmom@hotmail.com. You will be required to provide a detailed explanation for your request, including any relevant reference materials.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved,  we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Then, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial organization. Also,  Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

When you receive your order, please check it carefully and immediately inform us if you discover flaws, damage, or anything wrong with the received item. We'll figure out what went wrong and fix it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

There is no return or exchange policy on certain types of items that cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out to us if you have any queries or worries about your item.

Unfortunately, there is no return policy on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for something else, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the return procedure described above. Once your return is accepted, you can buy the new thing from a different store.

Refunds

Notification and Approval

Once we receive your return and review it, we'll let you know whether your refund is acceptable.

Process

If your refund is approved, it will be handled automatically within 40–45 working days and credited back to your original payment method. Please remember that the time it takes to make your payment may differ depending on your bank or credit card company.

Delayed Refunds

If it's been more than 45 business days since we accepted your return and you still haven't gotten your money back, please email us at support@etcha.com. We will look into the condition and help you as needed.
